Passionate Wines Montesco Punta Negra
The 2014 Montesco Punta Negra is pure Pinot Noir from a small, very chalky vineyard in Gualtallary at 1,500 meters altitude, from
the same vineyard as the white Agua de Roca. It has a nose of sweet and sour cherries, with a pinch of spices. It fermented in cement vats with 39% full clusters and matured in a very old 2,000-liter oak foudre. The palate shows very polished, with a silky
texture and very good acidity and moderate alcohol. I love this. 2,500 bottles produced.
